Happy Independence Day from Giant Leap Rentals and Family!
We’re excited to be part of your celebration and grateful you chose us to bring the fun to your event. Before the party gets started, there’s one very important topic we must address: FIREWORKS.

🚫 Absolutely No Fireworks or Open Flames Near Inflatables
Due to the serious risk of fire damage, injury, and costly repairs, the use of fireworks or any open flames (including sparklers, grills, tiki torches, fire pits, etc.) is strictly prohibited near any of our rental equipment while in use.
Even small or aerial fireworks can release hot embers that:
• Melt vinyl
• Leave permanent stains and discoloration
• Cause irreparable damage
You (the renter/lessee) are fully responsible for any resulting damage.

✅ If Fireworks Will Be Used
If you or others nearby plan to use fireworks:
• They must be set off at a safe distance from all inflatables
• You accept full responsibility for any damage caused, even if fireworks originate from a neighboring property

⚠️ Damage & Liability
• Minimum Repair Fee: $400 per occurrence
• Unrepairable Damage: You will be liable for the full replacement cost of the inflatable, shipping & handling, lost rental income, collection/legal fees, and any other related costs

📝 Important Reminder
• All inflatables must remain fully inflated and ready for inspection on your designated pickup date (which may be up to 48 hours after your event).
• Even if you are not personally using fireworks, you are responsible for any damage caused during the rental period.
