Elizabeth and Matthew’s love story began at Stony Brook Hospital, where mutual friends introduced them and something instantly clicked—they both knew this was the forever they had been waiting for. For Elizabeth, it was a second chance at love, and Matt quickly became everything she and her children, Alex and Ellie, had prayed for. His humor, love for basketball and video games, and willingness to simply be present made him the perfect fit for their family.
