Michelle & Tansik had a blast at the The Lodge at Mountain Springs Lake located at 1315 Mountain Springs Dr, Reeders, PA 18352. This beautiful destination wedding in Pennsylvania was the perfect balance of fun and intimate moments between the bride, groom & their friends/family. I had an incredible time capturing their big day and look forward to sharing more of the fun festivities that took place!

i have SO much love for these too- just the fact that it started to rain mid-ceremony, and they handled it like champs and took pictures in the rain and made the best of it, just shows how much they truly are meant to be. this was one of the most gorgeous weddings to date, surrounded with the most amazing friends + family. congratulations again to this stunning couple 🥂

“the one where the wedding planner gets married” 🤍

it certainly isn’t easy planning your own destination wedding while also planning client’s weddings at the same time. but here we are! i truly cannot express how i am feeling right now after the most amazing week of my life. after planning my own wedding, i can confidently say that what i tell all my brides is true: “the day will be unforgettable and it will be perfectly imperfect”

being completely honest, i forgot my own veil walking down the aisle. the day went by so quickly and time wasn’t real for moments leading up to our ceremony (thanks to my brother for bringing it to me right as i was walking down).

to myself, my current brides, and future brides: take it from me (bride + planner) the day will be everything you hope for and more. don’t sweat the small stuff and take time to enjoy yourself as much as you can (and don’t forget to eat- that’s very important)

with that being said, let the 2023 summer wedding season begin! 🌟
