How about a Spanish themed dinner for your next event? Last night we prepared a Tapas & Paella dinner for a corporate retreat... Freshly baked bread w/ Mojo Roasted Red Pepper Garlic Dip, Spanish Potato Tortilla, Spanish Orange-Fennel Salad, Seafood Paella, and Lemon-Almond Cake w/ Amaretto Cream made a beautiful, special meal.

A beautiful seasonal salad for today's reception...

Strawberry Field Salad w/ fresh chive flowers and mint from our gardens, local strawberries, field greens & cucumbers, toasted sunflower seeds, and a zinfandel vinaigrette. Client opted for no feta or goat cheese. This is a perfect salad for a summer event!
