His process below 👇🏻
Overnight Eastern NC BBQ. Put this pork butt on at 6 pm last night. Mopped with some of my Eastern NC BBQ Sauce intermittently last night before bed. Eastern NC BBQ Sauce recipe to come. Went to bed while my Peak Prime 2.0 went to work. Switched to a ACV spritz this morning. She is sitting at 155° right now. Going to let it ride a bit longer and then wrap to finish at around 203°.

Buffalo Chicken Jalapeño Poppers 🤯 You need to try these!

Recipe from to try on your GMG! ⬇️

Smoked Chicken 🐓
* Set your GMG smoker to 375 degrees
* Season your Chicken with your favorite Rub
* Smoke until the chicken breast reaches 165 degrees internal
* Rest for 30 minutes and shred

Buffalo Chicken Popper 🤯

* In a bowl mix shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, and buffalo sauce.
* In your jalapeño boat add cream cheese, buffalo chicken mix, and blue cheese crumbles then wrap with bacon
* Top with your favorite BBQ sauce and in the smoker at 375 degrees for about 1 hour or until the bacon is done.
* Top with buffalo sauce & blue cheese!
* Enjoy!
