Or showing off our new website. (Although, that’s near the top of the list!)

Or even the very cool ARCC swag we gave out.

It was the people.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to share a challenge, celebrate a success, compare notes, or simply say hello. The ARCC Files are fuller because of you.

We're headed home inspired by your creativity, generosity, and commitment to creating experiences that move people.

The energy during day two of the CASE Special Events Conference in Chicago was undeniable, both in the sessions and in the conversations happening throughout the event.

As the sun set over Lake Michigan, Seth shares a response from the ARCC Files inspired by a question we asked attendees who stopped by the ARCC table in the exhibit hall:

"What have you done to make a guest feel truly seen at your events?"

The answers were powerful reminders that authentic experiences are built through thoughtful engagement, meaningful recognition, and a genuine understanding of what matters most to each guest.

Behind every great team, there’s that one person who helps keep the train on the tracks—and for us at ARCC, that person is Kim.

She’s our queen of coordination, ace of accounting, wizard of workflows, and superstar of systems. Her dedication, positivity, and support help keep everything moving forward each and every day, and we are incredibly grateful to have her as part of the ARCC team.

Today, we celebrate Kim and all the ways she makes our workplace better.

What if the most powerful part of your event isn’t what guests see but how they feel.
