Hello friends! The city is currently completing some road construction in front of our venue on 12th Street. 12th Street is closed for just one block, right off of 1st Avenue. This project is only expected to last approximately one week. If you are joining us this week for an event we ask that you please access our venue by turning off of Business Hwy 151 (1st Ave) onto 11th St. SE near PCI or via 2nd Ave. SE - indicated on attached map in green. We have also indicated on the attached map highlighted in yellow where we would ask that guests please park. Please do not park at 4 Hermanos Mexican Restaurant as those spots are reserved for their patrons.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding! We do look forward to you joining us at The Carriage House!
