It’s Z102.9 Wedding Show & Celebration Expo day and we can’t wait to see you in a few hours!

All of the fun is happening at the DoubleTree by Hilton Cedar Rapids Convention Complex TODAY! Doors open at 1PM and the Fashion show Starts at 3:30PM. We know there might be some questions and we have all the answers below!

✨Where should I park and is parking free?
On-street parking is free. There is also a parking ramp that costs a few dollars, with a sky walk connected to the Convention Complex.
✨Do I need to be present for giveaways to win? (Dream Vacation Getaway + $2,000 Giveaway)
Yes, must be present to win - we will draw winners for both the 2K giveaway and the Dream Vacation Getaway at the END of the fashion show!
✨Does everyone need to register?
Yes, each guest attending must have a ticket - don't worry, it's FREE!
✨Is there online registration/pre-registration?
Online registration closed at midnight. If you have yet to register, in-person registration forms will be available when you arrive today!
✨Will there be registration forms at the event for out-of-town attendees?
Yes, you can register when you arrive!
✨Does this show cost money to attend?
No, it's 100% free! If you registered online, you will show your digital or printed ticket to enter. If you haven't pre-registered, you may do so in-person at the event!
✨Is this show for weddings only?
No, the 2024 show is a Wedding & Celebration Expo! Anyone throwing any type of celebration can find inspiration from our vendors today!
✨What are some things I should bring with me?
Address labels to make it easier for prize registrations, color swatches, a pen/pencil, your wedding party/parents/fiancé!
✨Will there be a coat check?
No, however, some brides/grooms reserve their seats for the fashion show by placing their coat on a chair when they get to the event. Z102.9 is not responsible for lost/stolen items.
✨Is there a map of the where the vendors are?
The Z102.9 information table can help you find a vendor if you are specifically looking for one, but we suggest you visit them all!
✨Can we leave and come back later for the fashion show?
Yes, you can come and go as you please!
✨What's the attire?
This is a casual event!
✨Will there be beverages?
Water/cocktails/soda will be available to purchase with CARD ONLY as the venue is cashless.
