I am a professional project manager by day, a wedding and event coordinator by night/weekends! I love working with people and I love helping organize and help coordinate events and projects! 🎤Make sure your officiant has the appropriate mic (lapel, hand held, mic on stand, wireless, mouth piece)! Have a hand held so he can put it in front of bride + groom when they speak. Your guests want to hear! 👀👂🏻

🤳🏼make sure your officiant announces no photos or video if you do not want this recorded or photographed by guests 📸

🪑 make sure officiant knows to let guests be seated after standing for the bride!!! (This is a big one)

👩‍❤️‍👨 make sure officiant, bride and groom know exactly where to stand. You will let wedding party know where to stand, but if your officiant, B+G know where to stand, everything else will follow suit.
