Today isn't just about a long weekend or the unofficial start of summer. Today is about honoring and remembering those that have sacrificed their lives so that we can live ours. Whether you agree with the wars that happen or all the political bs behind it doesn't matter. What matters is the men and women that show up, and sacrifice their time, their families, their bodies, their mental well-being, to keep us safe. Because whether we like it or not this world is full of violence and the brave people that are willing to fight against it are nothing short of heros. They deserve more than a day, they deserve better lives when they come home if they are lucky enough too. We pay our athletes, our entertainers, our politicians ridiculous amounts of money, yet we have war heros struggling to afford basic necessities. We as a society need to do better to support the heros that allow us to live safer lives not just today but everyday. It's that time of year again!!! Spring is just around the corner and if you are anything like us you won't want to be stuck inside cleaning all of the doom piles that collected around the house while you were busy battling seasonal depression all winter........SO BETTER START NOW! And if you are putting it off because you don't know what to do with all the crap you don't want anymore.....bring it to us! We promise to to give all of your old stuff a proper send off.........with a baseball bat!

The event's main event will feature defending lightweight Champion John Ramirez defending his title against Christoper Petty. The co-main event will feature Adem Mujakic versus Dan Sokolowski, and Iowa native Kyven Gadson, will make his Fury Fight Series debut in the heavyweight division against Victor “BONE CRUSHER” Jones!

To EVERY person who came in to rage, cry, laugh, celebrate, or simply survive — THANK YOU

You didn’t just support a business.
You helped create a place where release is allowed.
You have helped us "smash" the stigma of mental health 🔨
You have given us faith in humanity 🫶
And you have healed out loud 👊👏

What was meant to break us became the place where we learned how to break free.
This is your reminder that healing doesn’t have to be quiet — and neither do you.
