This is an extremely hard post to make. Jeremy was declared brain dead. He made the selfless decision to be an organ donor. They are running tests to find matches and he will be on support until the process is done. I have decided to have an honor walk for Jeremy to the OR. Please keep our family in your thoughts during this extremely difficult time. If anyone would like to come up to the honor walk I can provide those details when they become available.
