At BricknFire, our passion is creating an original, artisan, Neapolitan style pizza using the highest quality and freshest ingredients for you and your family. We searched far and wide for the best wood-fired oven to produce the perfect pizza; our oven is fired to 800-1,000 degrees to deliver this unique pizza experience. All of our ingredients are the best available: the Italian 00 grind flour is proven to provide performance and flavor. We make our own sauce using real San Marzano tomatoes from around the world and our toppings are grown locally whenever possible! Pizza is our passion. Our foremost goal is to bring you the best pizza experience you have ever had. We’re excited to officially introduce Steve, BricknFire’s new Operations Manager! 🍕🔥

As BricknFire continues to grow, we knew it was time to bring in someone who could take a fresh look at our operations, work alongside our team, and help us become more organized, more consistent, more efficient and simply better.

Steve will be getting to know BricknFire from the ground up. From learning exactly how we make our products, to working alongside our catering teams, understanding both of our locations, and finding opportunities to improve the way we do things every day.

And we’d love for you to be part of his journey.
