🌈 This week, our rainbow lights are for Dolly.

We usually light City Hall in rainbow for Pride Month and our annual Cathedral City LGBT+ Days. This week, we’re lighting it for Dolly Parton, who passed away Tuesday at 80.

She spent six decades telling everybody — no exceptions, no conditions — that they were welcome exactly as they came. That kind of inclusivity is what Cathedral City is built on, and we know exactly what it’s worth.
