Savory Parmesan Crusted Chicken Delight
Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and add a small amount of butter or oil.
Sear the chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
While the chicken is baking, mix the grated Parmesan cheese, shredded Parmesan cheese, shredded provolone cheese, panko breadcrumbs, and melted butter in a bowl.
Remove the chicken from the oven and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on top of each breast.
Sprinkle the cheese and breadcrumb mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
Return the skillet to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the topping is golden and crispy.
