Fun fact: Coast2Coast actually started as a YouTube channel, with Chef Brandon cooking iconic dishes from every corner of the country. That turned into a food truck, which turned into catering and meal prep.

Through all of it, the one rule hasn't changed: play with your food.

Oktoberfest wraps up this weekend. Our Pork Milanese is schnitzel's Italian cousin: breaded, pan-fried golden, and finished with lemon zest and shaved parmesan. It's served with antipasto salad and roasted vegetables, a buffet that works for team lunches and family parties alike.

It's Pueblo chile season, and the kitchen smells like it. Those roasted chiles go into the fingerling hash under our grilled lamb chops, with a blackberry demi-glace and a Palisade peach & arugula salad on the side. Colorado on a plate.

We’re proud to be catering the Colorado Farm-to-Table Brunch at the Douglas County Fair & Rodeo on July 26! 🌾🍳

Our team has created a chef-attended, station-style brunch showcasing incredible Colorado farms, ranches and artisans, including Fitch Ranch, CastleDough, Sandy’s Way Microfarm, Farm Fresh Eggs Co., and more. 🥩🥖🥕🐟

Guests can look forward to locally grown vegetables grilled and glazed to order, a sourdough and butter tasting flight, made-to-order farm eggs, a hot-stone mashed potato bar, carved Colorado beef ribeye, smoked Colorado trout and more. 🔥🍽️

This is shaping up to be a truly special celebration of Colorado agriculture and the people behind it. Seating is limited, so grab your tickets and come hungry! 🎟️🤠

We had the privilege of catering yesterday’s 20th Annual Prader-Willi Syndrome Association of Colorado Derby Party at Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre— and it continues to be one of our very favorite events of the year.

This marks our fourth year being a part of this incredible evening, and every time, we’re reminded how special it is. The energy, the purpose behind it, and the people it brings together make it something we genuinely look forward to. It’s an honor to play even a small role in an event that supports such an important cause!

On the menu this year:
• Passed Kentucky shrimp cocktail
• Fried green tomatoes (small plates)
• Pork belly “Café” with our miso-caramel emulsion
• Bourbon glazed chicken thighs with pickled peach slaw
• Brisket bulgogi bao bun sliders
• Elote street corn with carne asada
• Brioche bourbon pecan bread pudding with bourbon caramel
