In light of yet another $15k / 2 week setback, we have made the decision to shut down operations on the food truck and 100% focus our efforts on getting this restaurant open. We no longer have the luxury of playing in both worlds.

If we really need to re-open before the restaurant opens, we will cross that bridge then. Let's hope that we do not need to.

This has been in incredibly emotionally disturbing and strenuous, but we hope to have this garbage in our rear view mirror soon enough.

Thank you for your understanding and we hope to see you on the flip side.

We know that a few of you didn't realize that we were only donating cash tips towards our fundraiser, and you had given a pretty generous tip via debit card.

We just want to let you know that we got you! We will make sure that your contribution goes to the right place :)

Thank you for everyone that donated, bought a wristband, or even just purchased food the last 2 weekends. We were able to put up some pretty decent numbers. And we are positive that the Zearing family is very grateful for it :)

Alright, yesterday was weirdly slow. And not just for us. The whole town was empty. What did not know about!?

In any case, we are opening up for our last day this weekend and hoping to be able to make a good dent on our last day for our Zearing family fundraiser . We sold a few more bracelets and took in a few large cash tips (Thank you! 100% of our cash tips are also going towards this family).

Oh and if you do stop by, take a peek into our lobby. Our menu board is not complete, but you will see a few new menu items that may strike your interest. We are VERY excited to be able to introduce our salad line and a few new specials that are about to take this town by storm!

Hate to say it, but we will not be open today. I am still recovering from a very nasty cold, and we were already short handed as it was.

So far, the plan is to take another day to mend and open Saturday. If that changes we will post it here.

Just want to give a shoutout to this guy, Coy Pfleger. The best damn baker around and owner of CastleDough. Guy just pulls up with a container of delicious cookies and says "go make some money". And refuses to take payment for any of it.

Well thank you Coy Pfleger, we would be happy to sell these cookies and sweeten the pot in our efforts to raise funds for the Zearing family ! What an amazing community we have here. So happy to be a part of it!

Don't forget. We will be selling $20 wrist bands this weekend and subsequent weekends. And if want to give more, just throw some money in our tip jar (We will be sharing 100% of our cash tips.) or send money direct to the venmo account in the picture.

And hey. If you happen to get hungry, we will be sharing 20% of sales for the next 2 weeks with the Zearing family as well.

NO 13 year old should be dealing with cancer and NO parent should have to go through the strain and heart ache of this. Let's make a good showing for them and help ease at least one of their concerns!
