The RED House

The RED House All four seasons in this lake setting area of Chautauqua County offer beautiful vistas. The full name of the house is the RED House for Youth.

So any time of the year we just may be that very special place you are looking for when planning your next event, business retreat, or get-away with family and friends Besides the beauty of the buildings and the special characteristics of the wooded setting, the RED house has something else very special about it. Our business model is unique in that is it not designed as a profit making endeavor.

All proceeds support the upkeep of the buildings and grounds. Any profit derived from the Red house events go toward youth development efforts in the Cassadaga Valley region. Giving back to the community in this way mirrors the long history of outreach that has been the heritage of this homestead and it seems only fitting that it continues to be a community asset as it moves gracefully into the 21st century. There are endless opportunities for just the right look, just the right feel, just the right setting…..

Hello! It is another beautiful, CRISP day in Cassadaga and The RED House is busy with bookings for those excited couples looking for just the right venue for their up coming weddings. We do still have a few dates available in 2022 and we are just getting rolling on 2023 bookings. With Valentine's right around the corner we expect our weekends to book up fast. We look forward to being a part of our couples very special day! And we have some news!
We are now offering overnight accommodations year-round via Airbnb (under the name Grandma Dolly's). We think you will agree that your stay at Grandma Dolly's will be memorable.
