There are moments in business that feel bigger than business.

This is one of them.

Today, I get to welcome someone incredibly special to Sabrina Spears Events….my daughter, Amarah Spears, as our new Operations Manager.

What started as a dream eleven years ago has grown into something far beyond me. And now, watching it come full circle, I have the honor of passing knowledge, leadership, and legacy into the hands of the next generation.

Amarah will be training alongside me over the next few months, learning every detail behind the scenes, every decision, every standard, every expectation. Not just how we run events, but why we do what we do.

Because this company was never just about events. It has always been about creating experiences, building something meaningful, and leaving an impact that lasts.

On June 1st, she will officially step fully into the role.

As for me, I am stepping back from operations and into a different season. You will still see me, just in a new way. Cheering her on from the sidelines as she runs the show, while I quietly pursue new interests and opportunities that continue to stretch and grow me.

Watching your child become someone you respect, trust, and admire is a different kind of pride. One you feel in your chest.

This is legacy.
This is growth.
This is the next chapter of Sabrina Spears Events.

We started off with 3 units and over 10 years of memories. Now we’ve successfully emptied them all.
