The drive to the valley is always worth it... this is the best pastry cream for whipped topping... I hadn't been able to take the trip up here and believe me I noticed the difference with the substitute I had to use on the last few cakes asking for whipped topping... if you ever want to use the best of the best this one is it!!! Pastry pride is great but the PREMIER is top line 👌
