Believe it or not these are the last of our Tomatoes from this year's harvest!! Striped German, my favorite low acid, sweet delicious Tomato! They were transplanted late, we covered them when the frost came and finally ripened in the kitchen! With Prime Burgers!! Organic Greens, Cheddar, Mayo and Ketchup on a griddled Brioche Bun!!! A fantastic "end of Summer" blast of flavor !!!!

One of my favorite simple Breakfasts!!! Toasted Sesame Bagel, Max & Me Atlantic Smoked Salmon, Philly Cream Cheese, Heirloom Tomato, sliced Purple Onion, a few pieces of Cypriot Sea Salt and fresgh ground Kampot Pepper. That is pure Umami Deliciousness!!! Happy August!!!
