# One of my favorite simple
healthy meals!! Organic Chicken, pounded and lightly Sautéed, Steamed Basmati Rice, Snow Peas and Sugar Snap Peas from my garden!! I julienned them for the presentation, and what makes this dish hum, the shredded Ginger and minced Scallion "Sizzle"!!! Crazy delicious, light, simple deliciousness!!! Oh and a few drops of Sesame Oil and Premium Soy Sauce!!
