Our crews are continuing to work into the night to restore service as quickly as possible to all customers. This fiber repair requires more detailed prep work than a typical fiber splice, which is adding to the time needed. We currently have three splicing crews working simultaneously to make repairs.

At this time, we believe repairs may be completed around 10pm, but we do not yet have an exact restoration time. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time as our team works safely to get everyone back online. We will keep you updated as information becomes available!
