-Large, climate controlled venue with 2 overhead doors and seats over 300
-Kitchen area for catering (no restrictions on vendors)
-Large restrooms
-Attached pavilion with fireplace
-Rectangle and round tables, cocktail tables, white padded chairs, wooden backdrops, movable bars, barrels, fire pits, wedding arches, and linens & decor available
-Farmhouse tables and wooden folding chairs
-Furnished house with styling room that comfortably sleeps 7 guests with use of a golf cart
-Several beautiful ceremony locations to choose from
-Property is conveniently located 1 mile north of Carterville with several surrounding nearby towns, down a short gravel drive, tucked back in a country setting with gorgeous views
-Several stunning photo opportunities in the pines, by ponds, open fields with beautiful sunsets, and a seasonal flower field
-Price: $5,200, Friday 9:00 am to Sunday 11:00 am. Early venue access if needed.
