Did you know our building was designed with sustainability in mind? From floor to ceiling, we’re proud to be a “green building.”🌎
Our lobby features Lithocrete flooring made with 75% post-use glass—material that could’ve ended up in a landfill, but instead adds beauty and durability to our space. This polished concrete alternative to marble and granite conserves natural resources, resists heat and mildew, and requires no sealant or waxing—saving water, energy, and labor.
Our carpet is just as eco-friendly. Made from high percentages of recycled materials, it follows a “cradle to cradle” approach—designed to be recycled again when its life here is done. We chose modular carpet squares, meaning we only replace what’s needed, reducing waste and expense. Even better? They were manufactured within 50 miles of our facility, lowering our carbon footprint.
