It’s early mornings, late nights, prep lists, grocery runs, loading equipment, cleaning grills, chopping veggies, making sauces, checking generators, fixing last-minute surprises, answering messages, scheduling inspections, creating and posting to social media, planning menus, and doing it all over again.

This business runs on passion, teamwork, hustle, and heart. What you see for a few hours at an event is backed by countless hours behind the scenes.
