Working on Menus for next week. And since we have Father’s Day coming up next week I figured we should ask all of you what you Father figures would like. And then Analisa suggested we get Brad involved in the planning since nobody has a Father that likes a good meal more than our very own special guy!
I gotta say he had some pretty good ideas and so did a lot of you.
Stay tuned because I’m loaded with ideas now. Next week’s menus should make all those wonderful Dads out there happy to come home for dinner.

This coming week my menu planning is going to be all about celebrating Fathers Day. We have so many amazing Dads out there. All the Dads, Granddads, Stepdad’s and even Furr Baby Dads! You are the glue that holds our families together. And gosh are we thankful to have you all in our lives.

Hello Facebook Friends!
Hope everyone survived that crazy storm we had last night. Wow Mother Nature was on roll! It’s been a busy busy weekend at the Parr house, we spent all weekend celebrating my Birthday, my family spoiled me so much.
But gotta take my Birthday hat off and get back to work. And thank you all for so many wonderful birthday wishes! It truly means so much to me.

This week’s menus are all going to be so so good. I can’t wait to cook them for you. Everyday just sounds delicious to me. This is food that I want to cook and eat. Each menu is put together with perfect pairings and because each day is different you certainly won’t get bored. It’s never a boring week night dinner when you order from No Worries. I hope you love the choices this week as much as I do.
Let’s start with Monday. Inspired by a delicious Dinner I had out this weekend and going to try and recreate this Ravioli Dish. Cheese stuffed pasta in an Italian Sausage Bolognese Sauce. Melts in your mouth. And for dessert an Italian Chocolate filled pastry.
Tuesday everyone loves our roasted Chicken so much but, my favorite part of the Chicken has to be the leg quarter. We absolutely love this piece of Chicken. I’m going to roast it with fresh herbs until it’s fall off the bone tender and juicy! Serving that up with cornbread dressing. Yum! Apple Strudel will be the perfect dessert.
Wednesday it’s all about comfort food. We’re doing our homemade Beef Meatballs smothered in rich brown gravy, mashed potatoes of course, scalloped Greenbeans and for dessert a fresh Fruit Tart.
We wrap up the week with a little Caribbean inspiration! Who doesn’t love a meal that feels like an Island vacation. Our Caribbean BBQ Chicken with mango and Pineapple Salsa will give you all the Island vibes you expect on a tropical vacation. Pairing it with Analisa’s Chicken Eggrolls and a Pina Colada Cheesecake Bar for dessert.,Doesn’t that just sound amazing?
Like I said I can’t wait to start cooking all these delicious dinners.

Good Morning Facebook Friends!
Hasn’t it been just an amazing and beautiful weekend! I hate to see it end and I am also not looking forward to the unavoidable heat that is certain to be here soon. So we enjoy the outdoors as much as we can during the beautiful late Spring weekends.
This week officially kicks off Summer for most of us. Kids are out of school, vacations have started, the pools are warmed up and the days are long. My favorite time of year. And this is also my Birthday week! So I’m celebrating another year in a big way. At my age I’ve learned that getting another year old is certainly a blessing and truly should be a celebration!
So to start the celebration We’re cooking up some of my most favorite meals and especially my most favorite desserts. Yes I’m going to eat dessert all week!
So help me celebrate another trip around the sun with having Dinner with us this week!

One thing I do want to advise you on if you didn’t read my post or see it we have been forced to increase our amazing value driven meals up by $2.00.
That is only a dollar per person and I hate doing it . In fact this is our 1st price increase in 5 years. But our groceries, containers and even rent have just skyrocketed in the last year and a half. We kept hoping it would settle down but only seems to be getting worse so we didn’t have a choice.
I hope that this small increase will be something you understand and you will continue to support our Little Family Business. We promise to continue to bring you quality and value to each meal we prepare.

Is there anything better this time of year than a back yard BBQ?
Brad has fine tuned his Beer Can Chicken. Just the perfect blend of spice rub, the correct heat to insure it stays moist and juicy and then smothered in our homemade BBQ Sauce. Truly one of my favorite Dinners. Then finish with a peach cobbler crumble. ( make sure to have some vanilla ice cream)

Ya’ll all know how much I absolutely hate doing this but we just don’t have a choice. Our food cost has almost doubled in the last year and a half and now with the increase in fuel we are seeing it rise again. Fish is more than doubled as well as beef and Chicken.
Our containers for all the carry out have also skyrocketed. And our rent for our kitchen has increased by 20%. It very hard for a business like ours to stay profitable in these economic times.
Effective June 1st 2026 we are increasing our Dinners to Go to 32.00 for 2.
I sincerely hope that our loyal customers will understand and continue to support our Little Family Business. We haven’t raised our prices in 5 years and have tried so hard to bring you the highest quality with the most value driven service but for us to continue we need to raise our Dinners to Go to 32.00 for 2.
Still the best deal in town! You know that if you go out anywhere for dinner. Thank you all for always supporting us. We appreciate it more than you know.

Good Morning Facebook Friends!
Hope your all having a great Memorial Day Weekend! I can’t believe it’s already Sunday but excited to have one extra Day this week to Enjoy!
We will be closed on Monday!
So this week we are only doing meals on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
So since everyone is probably hamburgered and Bbq’ed out I decided we all need a break from typical Summer Holiday Cuisine! And this weekend I’ve been cooking some not so typical things that just taste so good. We’re finally able to get some good tomatoes and the basil is flourishing in my herb garden. Made the best Bruchetta this weekend and that inspired me for one of my all time favorite meals I had in Italy years ago. Chicken Capris with the most delicious creamy cheesy polenta. Something about how all those flavors blend to the most delicious bite. Those Italians really know how to blend flavors.
Wednesday I’m doing a dish of week night comfort. Beef tips braised in Gravy. I mean need I say more! Always delicious!
And then wrapping up with our amazing Hatch Green Chili roasted Chicken Enchiladas. If you have never ordered our Mexican Food you need to try it. I make all the sauces and we roast all the Chicken. I am a serious about my Mexican food. And this dish will be authentic New Mexican Style. Don’t miss it.
So it’s a short week and we’re cooking up some really delicious food that are all completely different. Something for everyone!
