Good afternoon! We're busy cooking up a storm today, I haven't had time to give you the lowdown on all the scrumptious dishes we're whipping up! First off, let's talk about today's Winner Winner Chicken Dinner - can't believe it's not completely sold out, but we've got about 7 orders left up for grabs! Chopped Salad with our famous Vinaigrette, Buttered Red Potatoes, BBQ Chicken Breast with Cheddar and Bacon, Cornbread, and Magic Bars. Don't want a big meal? No worries, we've got you covered! Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes, Pasta Pappradelle with Beef Bolognese, just-out-of-the-fryer Chicken Fried Pork Chops (super popular) with mashed potatoes and gravy, Smoked BBQ Plate with pulled pork and Smoked Sausage, Cheddar Potatoes. It really does seem like Fall today! Lovin this cooler weather! And wouldn’t you know it we’re cooking up our absolute most favorite Hatch Green Chili Dinner that we make. This one is a labor of love and takes 2 days to prepare. We smoke our Beef Brisket for 18 hours, because who needs sleep when you can have tender brisket? We make our Hatch Green Chili Sauce the day before, because it’s always better when it has time to soak up all the Flavor . Now we’re ready! Smothered Brisket Burritos with Hatch Chili Sauce and lots of gooey Cheese. You absolutely want to order this dinner, trust me, your taste buds will do the happy dance! Talk about the Chef’s 💋! Trust your Chef! This is a winner winner Brisket Dinner!

And we have freshly made Boojie Brownies and Zucchini-Carrot Breakfast Bread!

Ok all my Chili heads! My obsession with Hatch Green Chili is in overdrive!
Today I made a huge pot of Hatch Green Chili Stew with Brad Parr’s smoked Pork Butt!
On a heat scale this is right in the middle this week! I would say a 4 on a 1 to 10.
If you want a really spicy order let me know I can make that happen!
This Stew makes me really feel like their is Fall in the air and gets me ready to watch College Football!🏈

Morning Facebook friends! Hope you have had a wonderful weekend!
First things first -thank YOU for sticking with us through these brutal summer months. Summer is always our slow season We’re always pinching pennies, praying for catering jobs and miracles. Some days we wonder if we will have to set a lemonade stand up out front to get people in the door.

But this year was different! We didn’t have to close for a week or 2. We didn’t have to cut hours we stayed steady. Even on those hot days when the weather was hotter than our soup of the day you showed up we stayed steady do I dare say we stayed busy!
We didn’t have to stress or panic and for that we all want to Thank you.
To our loyal customers,faithful foodies,and every single first timer who gave us a shot- you kept our little kitchen cooking through the heat.

So please,keep coming back, please keep spreading the word,and please keep sharing our page and our videos. We can’t do this without you,and honestly we would’t want to.Your the reason this kitchen feels like home.
From the bottom of our hearts thank you for being the best part of our story. Here’s to a great Summer and many more meals and memories together.

Now for the fun part we have AMAZING menus for dinner to go this week! Let’s get to it!
Monday I came across this recipe in a French cookbook book and thought what a fabulous idea. Chicken cordon bleu manicotti! Yum everything we love about the dish all wrapped up in thin pasta. And of course we need a French dessert so chocolate mousse never disappoints!

Tuesday I promised you this week we were still doing Hatch and truthfully I think I saved the best menu for this week. You do not want to miss this dinner. If you saw the video we did last night then you can just imagine how great these burritos are with smoked brisket and hatch chili sauce. We love them so much!

Wednesday is another great family meal. Cowboy bbq Chicken with cheddar and bacon. What’s not to love. Then we wrap up the week with a healthy fish dinner. Stuffed flounder Florentine with Crab. So delicious.

Dinners to go are prepared fresh daily Monday through Thursday.
Dinners are packaged for 2 people at the amazing value of only $ 30.00
Dinners are available for pick up daily 4:45 till 6:15
We accept cash and credit
We deliver to homes located within a 3.5 mile radius of our commercial kitchen located at 1848 East Rosemeade in Carrollton.
Our store hours are Monday through Thursday 11:30 till 6:15

In addition to to Dinners to Go we have a wonderful Grab and Go case. We stock our case daily with Soups,Salads,Quiche,Sandwiches, Entrees, Desserts, and our signature Boojie Brownies ( the worlds best brownie).

We also offer full service catering. We specialize in both large and intimate gatherings. Corporate and Social. If you’re in need of catering please contact us to set up an appointment. We are currently booking for Holiday Parties and our calendar does fill up fast.

Brad and I tried out this new awesome coffee and Pastry place that recently opened in the Realm. Delicious! We really enjoyed their Turkish Coffee. I believe the owners are from Yemen and were so friendly and welcoming. Definitely a great croissant if you can’t get one from 🇫🇷 France and you’re dreaming about it. No Worries Catering and Parties
