Thank you Ansley and Justin for allowing me to be your caterer. It was an absolute JOY to serve you! The Venue, the Bartenders, the Photographers and Videographer, The DJ!! Every aspect was absolute perfection!

We enjoyed a pasta bar for our main course. Linguine, Rotini, and double buttered Bowtie pastas. Steakhouse Meatballs, Baked Italian Chicken, and Fried Chicken Cutlets were topped with a choice of peppery mushroom sauce, marinara, or Alfredo sauces. Herbed Pesto and Parmesan were included. Hawaiian Rolls and Garlic Parmesan French Bread rounded out our supper.

I was so excited to use my new salad bowl! I think my girls got tired of me talking about it. But just look at it! It’s pretty cool.

Check out the Lucious Charcuterie Table guests enjoyed during the Cocktail hour.

Lunch was a simple sandwich set with Black Forest Ham and Smoked Turkey sandwiches.

I am really looking forward to the tasting of this Hawaiian menu on Friday. This will be for a rehearsal dinner and the family wanted something other than traditional BBQ or Tacos.

I LOVE doing bridal tasting sessions! It really gives me a chance to get to know my brides better. This was my pasta bar menu. I like to use good ole macaroni for these, we can then discuss which types of pasta you want.
Topped with some crunchy sourdough with a garlic Parmesan spread. You can then get a spoon of each of my 5 sauces to decide what you want to offer your wedding guests.
For this tasting, we also had a nibble of Parmesan green beans and a tiny garden salad.
Our hor d’ourves to decide on were, two choices of meatballs, two choices of cheeseballs, salami roses, and Rotel sausage balls.

What are y’all having for supper tonight?
If any of y’all ever talk to my kids and they try to tell you that I never cook at home…. Don’t Believe Them!
Well… some of the time.

Tonight we had Smothered Pork Chops, Confit Potatoes, Bourbon Molasses Roasted Carrots,and Buttermilk Cheese Bisquicks.

Throwback to this awesome 40th birthday “cake” that I made as a surprise for a very dear friend.
The cake was two pones of extra deep cornbread. The icing was super creamy mashed potatoes (piping potatoes was an adventure all on it’s on 😅). Topped with the birthday guy’s favorite chicken legs and homemade biscuits. A gravy drizzle with a chive garnish took this cake over the top.

I love doing out of the box creations! Send me your wacky ideas and let’s see if we can make it happen!
