Christmas is live for public booking in the studio!

For the months of November & December, you can book the studio hourly for Christmas!

Rental is $60/hr and includes these 3 set ups.

The future of Golden Light Studio is shifting in a way to best serve our renters!

We will now be available for rentals through exclusive membership ONLY January through October.

During Christmas mini season, in November and December, we will available again to the public for hourly rentals.

An exclusive membership means you are one of five photographers who has unlimited access to the studio during your rental month.

I am so excited that this change will allow me to finally invest in some props and upgrades that I have been wanting to do. It has been a struggle to keep things clean and taken care of with our current rental system, but by having exclusive members who are just as invested in the space as I am, there will be big changes coming!

Just a few of the fun things you can expect to see:

★ Sheer floor length curtains on the large windows

★ A permanent mounted system on the wall for backdrops

★ Bi-monthly professional cleanings

★ Fun set ups shifting throughout the year and more variety of props

Memberships are $300 per month. Payment is due by the first of the month you would like to have a membership. There is no limit on the amount of bookings you can book for the month, but also no refunds if you do not book the equivalent of your membership payment (6 hourly rentals).

A membership is right for you if your work includes lots of newborn, bo***ir, branding, mini sessions, or even outdoor sessions that end up rescheduled due to rain!

The cost of a membership is equivalent to just ONE full day rental, so if you run mini sessions once you've paid off your membership!

Please reach out with any questions. Memberships begin June 1st and I will only be accepting 5 members per month maximum!

The Valentine's Day set is LIVE and ready for booking!

This set is available now through 2/14 continuously.

Message me for full quality sample photos to use for advertising! You may post, edit in your style, and use these images to measure interest before booking- a date just is not guaranteed until booked with deposit paid.

Please note:

No refunds will be issued for cancellations- please only book the amount of time you need, and message me if you need to add on more time later!

When booking an hour slot, you must enter and leave at the agreed upon times. Please plan your minis accordingly to be out the door at the end of your rental time, as sessions are often back to back!

Feel free to use props to accommodate any of these set ups, but PLEASE be gentle and do not remove any of the wall decor! 🫶

It's hard to believe, but it's that time again!🎄Let's get your Christmas Minis scheduled!

PHOTOGRAPHERS: *PLEASE* READ EVERYTHING AND FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO BOOK! The busy Christmas season has been a learning process the past few years, and these rules are in place to make things effective and efficient for everyone!

⭒ Please do not book through the app for these sessions. You will message me and we will get a time/date set up for you so that you are able to reserve the time you need and have the option to add on additional hours at a later point if needed.

⭒ For weekend dates, there is a minimum of a 2 hour rental to allow for mini sessions. Please note that your time includes changing the set up if you desire, and returning things to the way you found them. There were so many people staying past their time last year and there are measures in place this year to avoid that. Please be sure to book the appropriate amount of time you need, and feel free to reach out if you end up needing to add time as you fill your session slots. If you would like only an hour session, I will open that later in the season or weekdays are available. There are no 30 minute bookings.

⭒ I have full quality sample photos like the ones below that can be edited in your style and used for promotion/advertising. You will receive a link to download them upon reaching out. You are welcome to use these to gauge interest as well, but there is no guarantee on a date staying available until the deposit is paid.

⭒ I will not be able to flip the set up back and forth this year. The Christmas decor will be set up nonstop from Friday 11/1-Saturday 12/28. If you would like a regular session in the studio, you are welcome to move things around as needed, but please be sure to return the set up when finished.

⭒ Pricing is the same as it is year round- $50/hr or $300/full day. I do not uncharge despite providing these set ups and props, as well as having to clean/check in on things much more frequently, so please keep this in mind and treat the space respectfully and be out at your agreed upon time! I was hesitant to share my space again after last year but I know this year is going to be magical and wonderful, and I can't wait to see what you create here!

PLEASE READ⭐️

It’s been such a busy, fun season for Golden Light Studio! Thank you to each of you who have rented the studio to capture precious Christmas memories for your clients 🤍 I am so grateful you chose this space!

Going into my third year running this studio, I truly hope to continue being able to share my space, especially since some exciting things are planned for the next few months! But I want to share a few reminders from a place of honesty as a fellow hardworking, tired, small business owner behind this space.

• I want you to feel completely free to customize the space during your time, but please return everything how you found it. I’ve found props broken, pillows piled up, the Christmas tree backwards, food on the floor, & furniture in places it does not belong. I hope that when you walk into the studio, you see exactly what you expected to find, & I ask that you leave the space the same way for the next client. I & my assistant go daily to fix things, but only a handful of people have actually left things as they found them. When rentals are back to back, it’s not always possible for us to stop by in between.

• Hand in hand with this, please book the appropriate amount of time you need to set up, shoot, & return things the way you found them. Staying past your rental time is theft & disrespectful to other renters & my business. I completely understand things happen, but please be aware that this is a place of business and you must book & pay for appropriate time.

• If you book a time, please pay your deposit. I understand we all are trying to make ends meet & want to secure money before paying for an additional service, but moving forward I will have to cancel any bookings with deposits not paid within 3 days of booking.

If you know me, you know I am extremely accommodating and flexible (sometimes to a fault🤣) & happy to work with everyone as things come up. If something gets broken, if you need more time, if your clients cancelled on you, please just shoot me a message & we will always work something out! PHOTOGRAPHERS, IT'S TIME! 🎄

If you need a fully decorated, weather-proof space to host your Christmas minis, we've got you covered!

The two set ups pictured here will be provided, and you are welcome to bring any props of your own. The rate is $50/hr or $300 for a full day rental. One hour minimum rental time required. An unedited copy of these photos will be included in your rental for promotion purposes.

If you want a cute, weather-proof, climate controlled place to plan for your Christmas minis... this is for you! 📸

Props include Christmas bedding, Christmas trees and decor, a green velvet bench for kids and/or Santa to sit on, wrapped presents, coffee mugs, and more!

The studio provides all white walls and concrete floor, heating + air, a private bathroom, and abundant natural light! Your booking also includes unedited photos for marketing purposes.

IT'S IN! 🤩

When I first opened Golden Light Studio, a clawfoot tub was at the top of the dream board... and it's finally here!

I'm so thankful to my husband for putting in MANY hours of work over the last few months between stripping the old paint, refinishing, and moving this beauty around. (A special thank you to my brother-in-law and little brother for helping with moving too!)

It turned out even better than I ever dreamed! I can't wait to use it and to see the magic you guys create with it too. Message me to book 🤍
