As most of you know by now, me and my business partner opened Big Country’s BBQ and Deli in Panacea. Starting tomorrow we will be featuring all of your favorites on Monday and Tuesday for lunch and dinner. If you are craving out crawfish Ettouffe, we will have it, Cajun egg rolls, we have those too….. even fried grit and greens…. Y’all come see us, you won’t be disappointed.

Rain or Shine! Come on out and see some beautiful cars and trucks, make a bid at our silent auction and grab a chicken plate prepared by Terry Brannan. We will also have several old fashioned, homemade cakes to bid on. All proceeds will be used in support of Curfew Lodge community outreach events. Your support is greatly appreciated.

Up Grit Creek will be serving all of your favorites at the Butts and Clucks festival in Apalachicola this weekend. Come out and visit us Friday and Saturday. Look forward to seeing all of our friends.

Up Grit Creek will be set up in our old location at the Carrabelle Beach on Saturday Sept 9th. Come out and get your favorites. We will have our regular menu to include our Ettouffe and Coleslaw. We will be closing at 4:45 for a private event so come early and come hungry. Looking forward to seeing all of our friends and making new ones.
