Join us for an evening to learn about ancient grains, digestion, and organic farming in our beautiful greenhouse setting. We will hear from Christina Welch, baker of Dinkelbrot Carpinteria; Brooke Lucy, organic ancient grain farmer of Bluebird Grain Farms in Winthrop, Washington; and Aiden Ostrowski, organic and regenerative farmer in Carpinteria. Topics will include gluten sensitivities, ancient grain, organic and restorative farming, and how heritage grains like einkorn compare to modern wheat. A beautiful evening featuring wonderful people and Dinkelbrot Carpinteria breads!

A portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit the Santa Barbara Culinary Experience in partnership with
