Use the silver! I cannot tell you how many pretty things I find stashed in the depths of clients cupboards and armoires. I always ask for a peek so that I can use what’s on hand before creating a rental order or bringing in my own collections. I often hear oh!I didn’t know I had that or I forgot about those. But my favorite is to hear the stories that are triggered by re-engaging with the things. So pull out the good stuff, tell the kids the stories. Engage them and when it’s time they will make their way into other cupboards as either just pretty things or brilliant memories. ✨
