A singer’s talent is complete when they can bring a crowded dive bar to a collective hush and also get one of the biggest audiences on the planet to a collective standing ovation. Stephanie Anne Johnson is that special singer. Stephanie can don a cowboy hat and sing over a slide as old timers weep. And they have wowed judges on the immensely popular NBC TV series, The Voice, showcasing their gifts.

Perhaps it’s no surprise that Johnson is so affecting. Their mantra, after all, is “Find your joy and go there.” Their prowess exudes whether they are singing the Black national anthem - “Lift Every Voice And Sing” - to a packed auditorium or whether they're cooing acoustic lullabies to Saturday night tavern regulars. Their music, which is rooted in all that’s American, expresses the pain of the past, the roots of the down home and the hope that hard work will lead to proper reward.

3 Track Mind is Jen Todd, Kevin Jones, Kristy Smith, and Steve Smith on percussion. Jen, Kevin, and Kristy are prolific songwriters and each have several releases as either solo or with their bands. Each take turns singing and the harmonies are outstanding. Acoustic and electric guitars, mandolin, ukulele, and slide guitar. 3 Track Mind shared the stage with many prominent artists, including opening for John Hiatt, Joan Baez, Rosanne Cash, to name a few. Whether you are new to 3TM or already a fan, get ready for a night to remember.

Friends of Miller’s. It’s been a rough week for many folks and businesses in the valley, including our sweet music venue.

The rivers are high, but we are hopeful that they will recede in time to allow us to bring you a beautiful evening of music with the wonderful Lucia Flores-Wiseman.

We will be making the call by noon tomorrow, hopefully with the word that all is good. Fingers crossed and stay tuned. 🎼🎶🎄🍷🩷

Due to the heavy rains and rising river levels in the Snoqualmie Valley, we’ve made the difficult decision to postpone our Holiday Drag Show at Miller’s set for this Thursday, December 11th. Several roads into Carnation are already flooded, and we want to keep our Queens and our community safe.

Over the next few days, we’ll coordinate with Miller’s and our performers to lock in a new January date that works for everyone. Once that’s confirmed, we’ll send out a newsletter with all the details, hopefully before I head home to Rhode Island for the holidays next week!

Ticket Options:
– If you’d like to hold onto your tickets, we will automatically transfer them to the rescheduled January show.
– If you need a refund, simply reply to this email and we’ll take care of it right away.

While it’s disappointing to pause this joyful, sparkly, spirit-lifting event, we also know that in moments like this, the Valley reminds us who’s really in charge. The rivers are overflowing with the energy of the recent salmon run, bringing nutrients that feed our farmlands and continue to make this place so alive, fertile, and beautiful. This is part of the rhythm of living here...and today, that rhythm is telling us to step aside and let the waters flow.

Thank you for your understanding, your flexibility, and your continued support. We can’t wait to welcome you back in January to kick off the new year with all the glam, joy, and fierceness you know and love.
