Happy Wednesday evening everyone! Everyone who knows me understands that I love football!! So I am going to do a SPECIAL NEXT FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 15th.

I have came up with a menu that you can enjoy throughout the whole weekend and do a variety of different stuff with, while watching your favorite team!!

We are going to offer 1/2 BBQ Briskets, St Louis Style Pork Ribs- 1/2 or Whole Rack and approximately 1lb Fresh Sausage Links.

For Side Options we are going to offer the Summer Pasta Salad and Pinto Beans sold by the Quart. Also we will be offering Homemade BBQ Sauce sold by the Quart.

For an Appetizer Option we are going to be making a big ol batch of Homemade Red Salsa to be sold by the Quart also.

Good Saturday morning, Due to volume of orders, I will be taking orders until today at 5pm for the Bacon Wrapped Shrimp, Bacon Wrapped Sausage shots and the Twice Baked Potato Casserole.

Getting quite a few orders already, so don’t wait until it’s to late. Snack on these appetizers while you watch some good ol college football on Labor Day Weekend!

Happy Monday everyone! Everyone knows I love football and figured people might want some appetizers for Labor Day Weekend, so here we go! I wanted to go ahead and get this posted for next week!

We our offering our Bacon Wrapped Shrimp and Bacon wrapped Sausage shots consisting of Fresh Sausage Bites with Cream Cheese, pickled jalapeños all wrapped in bacon.

Also we will be offering in a 9x7 pan our very popular twice baked potatoes to where all you have to do is warm them up when you are ready to eat!

I will vacuum pack orders and deliver them out next Thursday and Friday. Orders will be limited so get your order in early. Flyer and pics below with all the details!

Happy Wednesday everyone! Since it’s the 1st day of school I was like what better timing than to post next Wednesday’s Weekly Special.

It’s a customer favorite; Brisket/Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese in a 9x7 pan or a 9x13…. Don’t want to cook during school nights, this is a perfect option for you!!

Also we will be offering a side salad with homemade ranch or a vinegar based coleslaw for some cold options!

For dessert it’s the cool and refreshing Layered Strawberry Pudding cups with Golden Oreos….
