“Chefs Under the Stars” moved inside when the sky opened up, but the chefs didn’t miss a beat. Picture a mini-Zoobilation: booth-to-booth tastings, every dish more creative than the last (my top pick was a fiery noodle box—gone too fast for a photo 📦🔥).
