What. A. Week. 🧀✨
Six grazing tables, countless pounds of cheese, charcuterie, fruit, and accompaniments, and so many reasons to celebrate.
From graduations and weddings to special gatherings, this week kept us on our toes from start to finish. The final table is complete, the coolers
are unpacked, and the shopping lists can finally take a break.
It’s time for a well-earned day of rest before we’re back to grazing on Tuesday. While next week looks a little quieter, we’re incredibly grateful for every client who trusted us to be part of their celebrations.
Thank you for keeping 317 Charcuterie busy, especially after the challenges of the past month. Your support means more than you know. ❤️

Last but certainly not least… table #6 is complete! 🧀✨

What a week it has been! 6 grazing tables, countless pounds of cheese, charcuterie, fresh fruits, dips, breads, and all the beautiful little details that bring people together.

Now it’s time for a well-earned day of rest before we’re back to graze again on Tuesday. 💚

Graze 4 and 5🎉🍾Today was a big day for us at 317 Charcuterie with a total of 22 feet of grazing goodness going out today! 🧀✨

🎓 An 8-foot graduation graze AND
💍 A 14 foot graze for cocktail hour
We have one event tomorrow, then it’s time for a tiny rest before getting back to grazing on Tuesday.

Graduation season is in full swing, and this week’s grazing table marathon continues! We’re officially halfway through with 3 grazing tables completed and 3 more to go. 💪
Today’s setup was for a special Class of 2026 celebration, filled with all the goodies that make gathering around food so memorable.

It was such an honor to create a graze for a Change of Command celebration at the beautiful Indiana War Memorial in downtown Indianapolis.

Events like these are a reminder that food brings people together to celebrate milestones, accomplishments, and new beginnings. As one leader passes the torch to the next, family, friends, and fellow service members gather to recognize years of dedication, sacrifice, and service.

BIG NEWS from 317 Charcuterie 🧀✨

After a whirlwind of emotions and so many unknowns this past week, I’m incredibly thankful to share that 317 Charcuterie is officially licensed to operate out of a commercial kitchen in Cicero! 🙌

A HUGE thank you to Shelby, the wonderful owner of The Walking Waffle Company, for offering her space and helping me get back at it during this rebuilding season. Small business support truly means everything. 🤍 Thank you to all the other small business who offered a hand!

While I’m not quite ready to reopen pickup orders for boards just yet, we are absolutely moving in the right direction….and trust me, it’s in the works! Right now, I’m focusing on fulfilling booked graze table events, rebuilding inventory piece by piece while waiting on more information from insurance so I can begin replacing some of the larger equipment that isn’t exactly easy to just “run out and buy another one.” 😅

And yes… I AM MISSING MY MEAT SLICER SO MUCH. 🥲 I cannot wait to get that baby back!!!

This season has tested me in ways I never expected, but your messages, support, patience, and encouragement have truly carried me through. Thank you for continuing to stand beside 317 Charcuterie while I rebuild. We may be in a new kitchen, but the passion, care, and cheesy goodness are all still here. 🧀✨

More updates soon… and I seriously cannot WAIT to be creating boards again. 💫
