It’s that time of year! We kicked off the season cooking for the Carlyle police departments annual Dare program golf scramble. We smoked 200 pork steaks along with smoked Mac and cheese,baked beans and crack potatoes. Get a hold of us for all your catering needs.

Today we are at Carlyle IGA with the smoke rolling! We will have pork steak Sandwiches, pork chop sandwiches, brats and ribs. Chips and drinks available also. We are limited on the ribs so if you want some you better come early. Food should be ready around 10:00am.
