Tina operates a small authentic Thai cuisine catering business in San Diego, and is also highly skilled at Thai fruit and vegetable carving. Most of the vegetables used in her cooking are sourced from within San Diego County, which helps support local businesses and adds to the quality. After a long break from doing any catering, due to my pregnancy, I could not resist to cook for my long time customer from UCSD. They celebrated their son's engagement party with 50 guests at their beautiful Encinitas home. Everyone loved the food and complimented me for the carving centerpiece I did.

I had a delightful night catering to the LUX Art Institute in Encinitas, and met with many wonderful artists. Everyone enjoyed our food and were very complimentary.

Tonight I enjoyed catering another event for Drs. Ravi and Gita from UCSD. They are having a dinner party for their medical students and other doctors. It was nice to see them both again and hope they had a great party.

I'd like you to try our new drink on the menu, longan juice. It will be a nice alternative choice to enjoy this summer!

Hi San Diego friends. We are having a Valentine's party to raise money for the School of Thai Language and Culture on Saturday, Feb 16th from 7pm to 11 pm. The tickets are $10 per person and we sell them at the party. There will be delicious Thai-Lao food and drinks, live music, and babysitters watching the kids. Please come and join us this Saturday.
