What all does the rental include?
We get asked that question from customers who are renting with us for the first time. Let us break down a few of the basics included.

Indoor space - with tables and chairs ✅
Two balloon arches - ✅
A full kitchen - stove, refrigerator, microwave and large prep space ✅
Catering supplies for your event - Beverage dispensers, serving trays/bowls, serving utensils and crockpots are available in our kitchen for use by renters ✅
Consumables - trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper are all items that are provided for your event ✅
Outdoor grass space ✅
Covered patio with seating ✅

🛍️🎁 Holiday Market on Saturday, November 7 from 10AM to 4PM
🎅🏻🎄Christmas Open House on Saturday, December 5 from 10AM to 4PM
As our events continue to grow and expand each year, we invite interested vendors to reach out to us if they would like to participate.

We are now accepting bookings for Fall events. To ensure availability of your preferred date, please do not delay. Saturdays are always the most popular, but we book Fridays and Sundays as well. Our versatile space accommodates a range of celebrations, including birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, and family reunions. If you would like to inquire about our facilities or schedule a tour, please contact us. We can’t wait to host your next event!
