Had the opportunity this weekend to stop in at Brost Farms to get some sausages for a bbq! Oh my, can I just say the owner is truly as amazing and nice in person as she is online. These sausages did not disappoint and paired perfectly with my homemade buns. Go out and support their farm. Buy local meat and shop her store! They even sell sourdough, if you’re into that kind of thing 😉.

Brost Farms is open Thursday and Friday 11-6 and Saturday 10-2 located at 4424 N Custer road in Monroe

If you’ve never tried Focaccia, here’s your sign. This airy, light, dough has a fluffy interior and crunchy exterior.

Try the rosemary, garlic, parmesan as a the perfect side with your pasta or add pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings for a deep dish pizza!

The last few weeks at the markets have been amazing! I love meeting new people and seeing my regulars. As I transition from a home based kitchen to a commercial kitchen, there have been some changes and I haven’t been able to make my entire menu for some of the markets.
