We have brisket, pork, 1/4 and 1/2 chickens and..... RIBS today! Full or half rack. Sides are slaw, baked beans and smoked Mac. Sauces are hickory sweet, tangy and hot raspberry chipotle. Opening at 11:30 today til we run out

That is a wrap for today!! Thank you! We ran out early. Headed back to home base to get that meat so it can smoke all night for tomorrow.

Pulled Chicken, pulled pork and brisket are the meats today. Sides are Mac n cheese, slaw and baked beans. Going til 7pm today or til sold out. Be out tomorrow too!

Sandwiches, platters, pound, 1/2 pound and yummy goodness bowls....which is a bowl of smoked Mac n cheese, baked beans and your choice of pork or brisket on top.

Oh you all.....we had a scare! Chef went into the hospital 4/29 and just got released 5/26!! Double bypass! But then lung problems afterwards. Needless to say that is why we have not been out. Stay tuned for when he gets the clear to go back to work but it could be awhile.

He wanted to sit on the porch swing when he got home. Prayers coveted for a complete healing and recovery.

We popped into Track and Channel and they told us you had been asking where we were. I'm just Praising God that he made it!
