Your fall cheese pairing cheat sheet (for the ones with a sweet tooth). 🍂🧀🍪

If you’ve been following along, you know I’m a big believer in mixing flavors and textures to find that one bite where everything just works. And fall gives us a lot to play with. Especially when you bring dessert onto the board.

A few combinations I’m loving:
-St. André + Bacon Maple Jam + Apple Crisp
-Carr Valley Smoked Apple Cheddar + Nutella Bomb
-Hollandia Mediterranean Gouda + Red W**e Brownie with Maldon Sea Salt
-18 Month Mimolette + S’mores Cookie

But remember, pairings are suggestions, not rules. Taste, mix, match, swap things around. Your Perfect Bite might look completely different than mine, and that’s the fun of it.
