Imagine you worrying about your most important day and by chance forgetting some of these:
1. Linen for both wine & grazing tables.
2. Making sure is the correct size for the tables the venue is providing.
3. Providing ENOUGH wine glasses (red & white, or ALL purpose glass)
4. Providing enough water goblets.
5. Having to count yourself and somehow guesstimate how much wine, water and lemonade you will need for your crowd size.
6. Arriving on time to the venue, to set up and be ready WITH time, before guests arrival.
7. Providing enough plates & flatware.You never want to run out.
8. Providing enough serving ware, you never want guests to have to wait for one another to use the same serving spoon.
9. Providing enough napkins.
10. Water being served. Providing bottled water, rather than using the venues faucet (maybe filtered- maybe NOT) water…
11. Providing ice if venue doesn’t.
12. Who will clean up? Will your service staff leave before the end, or stay to the end and clean post event? Or will you need to stop your celebration to clean or even worst; would you ask your guests whom came to party and celebrate with you, to clean at YOUR event…
