Born in Puerto Rico the oldest of 7 graduated from Ponce high school 1982, my passion for food start at early age basebin the status of poverty anywhere I can help to prep food I know I'll be fed start for a nned to get eventually in my midus vivendum. In 1999 come to US working on differents restaurants I get the opportunity to learn and develope my career , 2002 my first head chef job that cha

nge my life ,huge challenge because the language barrier by that time,2009 I have the opportunity to cook in the morning blend show, fox4 another great opportunity that God give me. Today I do caterings for living and work as a personal chef is a lot more to said but maybe one day I'll tell you personally thank for the support and the love.
