It’s been an absolutely amazing year photographing all of my clients. The new ones I met and all of the ones who keep coming back. It means so much to me that you supported my small business!

With that being said, these last few years have been tough. I’ve been juggling the many hats I wear and I have been feeling exhausted on so many levels. I need balance and knew that something had to change.

I’ve been holding on to photography for so long feeling like I would disappoint everybody or not look like I was perusing my dream if I gave it up. With time I’ve realized that dreams change and children grow way too fast. Time spent away from my family is challenging. So while a part of me is sad to see a chapter close for now; I know that new and wonderful things will fill its place.

I am not sure when the time will be right to bring CLW Photography back; I just know that this is the right time to step away.

I am cherishing all those, moments, smiles, giggles, even tears that you all have allowed me to capture.

Another sweet family gallery was delivered! My heart was melting over these two siblings. The love they have for each other is adorable!

At the end of the session they got to run in and out of the ocean and their giggles were contagious. Oh to be a kid again!

My absolute most favorite capture of the night was the black & white of their parents, Katie & Ryan. The pure love between them was found in the mist of a very last photos of the whole family. When I first looked at the photo I thought it wasn’t a keeper because the kids were pretty much done and not looking. But then I looked up and saw the two of them! A gentle reminder that life is awesome when you marry your best friend.

Fall family photos on cranberry bogs.. YES PLEASE! Alex and her family asked me if I would photograph some fall photos for them. I haven’t photographed them since their wedding and it was an immediate yes! I adore this color palate and even though it was a cloudy night and we didn’t get the sunset I was hoping for… I am loving these!

It give me so much joy that my job is to capture your families as they grow! It’s so so special! I feel blessed to have such awesome repeat clients ❤️

A few more favorites from an extended family session I photographed a few weeks ago. I adore capturing the “grands” in the family. I often see that they are the glue that hold families together. 🤍

This little cousin crew I photographed as part of an extended family session took me back to a very found memory with my own cousins on a hammock just like this one. I hope they cherish this photo 20 years from now. I know I cherish my memories with my cousins.
