Kyra + Eric | Palo Duro Canyon Wedding
Kyra and Eric’s wedding back in April was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the heart of Palo Duro Canyon, their day unfolded under wide Texas skies with a backdrop that felt like something out of a dream. Though the morning started with unexpected challenges—a flood in the canyon delayed access to the venue—everyone pulled together in the sweetest way. Eric, the mother of the bride, and their closest friends and family rallied to make sure everything was ready in time. And they did it all with love, laughter, and a whole lot of hustle.
From the moment Kyra walked down the aisle, these two were beaming. Their love was so tangible—especially during their vows, which they wrote for each other. So intimate. So thoughtful. Not a dry eye in sight.
After the ceremony, we captured some sweet family moments before they celebrated with finger sandwiches, fruits, veggies, beer, and wine cocktails. The florals were stunning, the cake was delicious, and the vibe was laid-back and full of joy. I stole them away for just 15 minutes for portraits against the canyon walls, and it was pure bliss.
They danced. They laughed. They ended the day with a beautiful bubble send-off, surrounded by the kindest people who truly centered the day around them. It was one of those weddings that reminds you what it’s all about—love, community, and the beauty in imperfection.
