We’ll create back up plans for potential issues before they even happen.

While you and your soon to be spouse are getting ready for one of the biggest moments of your life, a team of wedding vendors is working hard behind the scenes to bring your wedding day to life ✨

So here’s our the team preps for a successful wedding day

✨once you start working with us, we’ll send you a sample timeline to help you choose the perfect ceremony time based on when the sunsets. We’ll also share our y vendor list so you can get started on hiring the best of the best!

🗓️ Then when you’re 90 days out from your wedding, your coordinator will finalizing your timeline with your vendors. Ensuring there is plenty of time for hair and make up, photos and the set up

🌦️ The week of your wedding we’ll send out the final timeline with the set up details to your vendors, including different weather plans if needed!

💒 On wedding day we’re on site for 12+ hours to check in with all of your vendors to ensure set up runs smoothly and stays on time

When you have 10+ vendors on your wedding day, having a seasoned planner who can keep everything running smoothly is key to a stress free wedding day!
