Darrin Hammons of Equinox Floral was commissioned to make a wreath for a memorial service for the July 4th flood along the Upper Guadalupe River. This wreath would be released onto Canyon Lake.

On the wreath, she put the names of the lost onto small hearts. She then grouped family members onto a larger hearts. I was amazed at the number of larger hearts on the wreath.

It was towed by local law enforcement onto the lake.

She put a lot of thought, emotion and passion into this project. It showed in the final product.

I am proud to be her husband. Love you sweetheart!
