Head Chef and Founder, Johnathan McCloskey puts the “J” in JK Catering and has cooked for celebrities including, Oingo Boingo, Snoop Dogg, Paula Deen, and Jeff Bezos. He has a lifetime of experience from first starting his culinary journey at the ripe age of 3 to releasing his own cookbook at the age of 12. He then moved on to

become the executive chef at a Padres’ minor league stadium in charge of a staff of 150 while running a full restaurant, 2 concession stands as well as executive suites all at the age of 17. He has most recently worked at the “Happiest Place On Earth” as a chef at Disneyland’s one of a kind restaurant, The Blue Bayou.
