Happy First Day of School Plymouth-Canton!

Seeing all the smiling faces is my favorite part of back to school! We had almost 20 stacks go out yesterday- thank you for choosing us to celebrate the big day!

Have a later start date? We will be taking Back to School orders through the next few weeks! 🚌✏️📚📓✂️

As summer comes to a close, I’m taking a pause from my normal content for something a little more “from me.”

This summer, so many of you have given me grace when I needed it. You welcomed my kids, worked with my schedule, trusted me with your celebrations and continued to recommend this little business to your friends and families.

Thank you to everyone who waited a little longer for a quote or response, got an email from me at 2am, was flexible with a delivery time, or had one (or two) of my kids tag along to a setup or site visit.

I want to say yes to everything, and believe me, I try. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for continuing to choose Festive Flamingo and for understanding the very real life happening behind it 🦩💚🩷

Our Next Margarita Monday is coming up on September 8th. Due to Labor Day, we are doing a special Tuesday edition with Vintners Canton Winery

We host this event with Canton Chamber and Plymouth Mich but all women are welcome to join us- no membership required!

Stop by when you can, stay as long as you like, no gimmicks, no pressure- just intentional networking for busy women 🍷

My favorite comment I get when I meet someone new is “Omg yes, Festive Flamingo- I see your stuff everywhere!!”

I do a lot of work with all the chambers I’m a part of, but I have officially run over the Instagram picture limit because we’ve done more than 20 ribbon cuttings with the Plymouth Mich chamber this year! Downtown Plymouth is what made us fall in love with this area, and getting to celebrate so many businesses has been amazing! I love that my kids know the Mayor, so many fantastic business owners, and of course, the backbone of our chamber, Jessy who makes all of this magic happen 💙

We have a lot more ribbon cuttings coming up through the end of the year and I can’t wait to celebrate! 🦩💚🩷

We’ve gotten to do some really cool custom events lately including-
- A tree for a Hobbit Themed Baby Shower
- A surprise birthday stand alone garland
- Our last grad party centerpieces, columns and the cutest walking balloons
- A Minecraft creeper balloon wall
- Ribbon cuttings for basicbabe Smitten Beverage Co and Journey Together
- Star ceiling balloons and a pompom number stack for the sweetest 2 year old

We love figuring out how to make your celebrations even more festive and trying new things!! What do you want to see us do next?

The Plymouth Community Chamber of Commerce invites all businesses/organizations from Plymouth or any area (Chamber Member or non-Chamber Member, all are welcome!) to carve out your sponsorship + reserve your "Treats-on-the-Streets" space for this fall fav!🍁
