General Information
Q: Where is the event located? A: The Midwest Sports Spectacular will be held at the Belden Village Mall in Canton, Ohio
Q: What are the show hours each day? A:
• Thu, Aug 3rd from 11am-8pm
• Fri, Aug 4th
from 11am-8pm
• Sat, Aug 5th from 11am-8pm
• Sun, Aug 6th from 11am-6pm
Admission Passes
Q: Is a pass required for entry? You only need autograph tickets for any players that you'd like to get autographs from. A: Yes, parking is free and first come. first serve at the mall parking lot
Autograph Tickets
Q: What is an autograph ticket? A: An autograph ticket is required to get an autograph. Q: Are autographs free? Q: How can I purchase an autograph ticket? A: Autograph tickets can be purchased in advance on the website or at the event. Tickets purchased online will be available for pick up at Will Call (we do not mail them to you). Q: How much do tickets cost? A: The prices vary from player to player. Please see individual player prices on our website at ohiosportsgroup.com. Q: What items can I bring to get signed? A: Most players will sign any type of item, but there are different price tiers depending on the item. Please note that it is up to each player as to what he will or will not sign and we will state on the player’s specific ticket page if there are limitations. Q: How many items can I bring to get signed? A: As many as you like, but each autograph requires a ticket. Q: Can I take photos with the players? A: We unfortunately will not have Photo Ops with players this year. It is up to the player if they'd like to do a quick picture or selfie with you while you are getting your item signed. Q: How do I know when certain players will be signing? A: Player announcements and schedules will be announced soon. Q: How long do most players sign? A: Typically, on a specified day for one or two straight hours. However, PLEASE be at the venue at or before the specified time to make sure you receive your autograph. We will always try our best to accommodate every person that has purchased a ticket but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to help anyone who arrives after the scheduled start time. Q: Where can I pick up my tickets? A: Tickets will be held for pick-up at Will Call at the event. You must present a photo ID matching the name on the original order or the e-mail confirmation received at the time of order to pick-up your purchase. Autograph Event
Q: When and where can I get in line for autographs? A: All tickets are numbered. All player autograph sessions will be in the main lobby area of the mall. Q: What if I miss a player's signing time? A: All tickets are non-refundable. Must be present at player's designated autograph time to receive autograph. If the signing time is missed, the opportunity is lost. Q: What happens if I have a ticket for a player who doesn't attend the event? A: You will be given a full refund.
