Basket Kase

Long read, but this client is worth it!

Let me just shout out to Michele Roberson of Roberson Realty Group. She came to us wanting her logo in gold. We proposed engraving, painting it gold and sealing. All went fantastic until....the humidity set in and made the curing process an absolute wreck! If you have done business with me you know I am transparent to a fault. I called her and said "it's a disaster and I cannot do this for you. I will refund the money you spent on tumblers.". She said "Absolutely not. I believe in you and take as much time as you need. Practice on the mess ups and when you are ready I will order more tumblers. Well...we figured out that with the perfect speed and power you can actually engrave something gold. If Roberson Realty Group has the patience with their clients that she had with me you know they are amazing at what they do!!
